Staff were absolutely wonderful. Location is great. 2 lovely pools and a gym to use. Excellent beds. Breakfast was a bit lacking in terms of freshness of baked goods, but otherwise an incredibly enjoyable stay. Will definitely stay with this wonderful team again.

Modern hotel. The room is modern and comfortable. We had the room with direct access to the pool. Location is good and only a short walk to the beach. The restaurant is good as well. To order anything you have to use the hotel app on your phone. Very friendly people at the reception.

The staff was incredibly thoughtful and kind. Beyond the regular greeting every time I encountered staff, they remembered me and things I had requested previously like cinnamon in my morning coffee. I was so glad the woman at check in suggested we add breakfast package and it got our mornings off to a great start. This hotel's location is great and secluded from the party side of town which when we traveled there, I was more appreciative of where we were staying.

They even recommended and helped us download their convenient app, which made our overall experience even more seamless and convenient. The rooms were spacious and provided a comfortable retreat for our family. The beds were exceptionally cozy, guaranteeing a good night's sleep for all. Throughout our stay, the housekeeping team maintained impeccable cleanliness, making us feel at ease and ensuring a pleasant environment for our family. One incident truly highlighted the exceptional care provided by the staff. On the last day of our stay, our son fell ill unexpectedly. The staff went above and beyond, guiding us in booking a hospital appointment and arranging a taxi to get us there promptly. Additionally, they kindly checked in on us, showing genuine concern for our well-being during a challenging time. Their support and assistance were immeasurable, relieving much of our stress. Upon departure, the entire staff came to say goodbye, adding a personal touch that left a lasting impression on our family. It was heartwarming to see their dedication and genuine care, making us feel like valued guests and part of the Outrigger Surin family. The room downstairs was spacios and very comfy with amazing sofa and a balcony, where we sit and enjoyed bottle of wine till late midnight. :) The bedroom upstairs has a huge bed accompanied with many pillows, so you can suite yourself very comfortably. Aircon on both floors were a bit noisy, but doesn't bother us much. Breakfasts are decent, I used to order egg florentini with bacon almost every day. Small lifehack for the breakfast - if you don't like coffee from coffee machine, you can ask any coffee from the bar for free. Like iced cappuccino, cafe-latte, etc. The location of the hotel is just perfect - 3 mins across the road to the center of Surin Beach. 200 thb and you have two sun-beds and umbrella for the whole day. Will come back for sure.

I had an AMAZING stay at Outrigger Surin Beach Resort. The staff were fantastic and accommodating to my every request, down to my early check-in and even Netflix setup. Each and every staff were soooo polite and welcoming, it really made my stay there a pleasant one. Nana Relax Massage Surin Beach is like 3 doors down and it’s also about 3 mins walk to the beach. Had my daily morning latte at Nalu Bar and Grill and the pad thai there is also good. If i ever go back to Phuket, i will be staying here again for sure!!

We loved the location in Surin, as the beach was across the street and there were plenty of shops/restaurants nearby. The gym was great, and the breakfast was a treat each day. The pool access from the room was nice, and it felt like a private pool as it was rarely used. The staff were friendly and helpful- typical of great Thai warmth and hospitality. This resort is perfect for couples and families, especially those with older children, looking for a smaller, relaxed resort with access to everything you need for a chill beach vacation.
